Gather 1 cup soya granules, 1/2 cup soya flour, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup carrot, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 3 green chillies and 1 tsp ginger.
1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt, water, and 2 tbsp oil.
Boil 3 cups of water with 1/2 tsp salt.
Add soya granules to the boiling water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Once done, cool the soya granules. Blend them into a coarse paste, along with green chilli and ginger.
Transfer the paste into a bowl. Add soya flour, grated carrot, onion, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, and salt.
Mix well to get a soft dough of binding consistency.
Divide the dough into small, thick discs. Cook them on a non-stick tawa using enough oil. Serve hot with mint chutney.
